Have you ever wondered what to do with all of those old markers you have at school and home? I sure have and it is always hard for me to just throw them away.
Now we don't have to wonder anymore, because our friends at Crayola have created a wonderful program to collect and repurpose used Crayola markers.Crayola ColorCycle!
As the site states, ColorCycle is a great opportunity for teachers and their students to explore eco-friendly practices. Specially developed standards-based lesson plans are available to enrich instruction and promote lively class discussions.
So not only can you follow these 4 easy steps to be involved and start recycling with Crayola ColorCycle, you will also have access to wonderful resources from Crayola that ties into the themes highlighted through this project too.
I just love all of these ideas and resources. There is something for every librarian, teacher, parent and students to use as they create.
This is a terrific program that I hope everyone gets involved in.
Crayola website too.
